Mental Health Resources
I do my best to be a advocate for Mental Health awareness and support.
Please take care of yourself and check on your loved ones.
I have met some amazing people and have found some
wonderful communities and resources that I am happy to
share with anyone looking for support.

Mental Health Art
Every once in a while we take time on my live streams to talk about mental health. During some of our mental health focused streams I'll paint art inspired by either my own struggles and experience, or conversations with my friends about their journey. Or I'll do fan art from my favorite Mental Health inspired games. Here a few of my favorites. You can join us on twitch if you ever wanna talk it out. We get it. Twitch.tv/amandaruthart
